The Quick Response Monitoring Alarm Center provides high quality wholesale monitoring at competitive rates. We believe that the Central Station must work with the Installing Dealer to provide the End-User with the finest, most reliable service to minimize problems and maximize customer satisfaction.

 

We pride ourselves in retaining team members who are professionally trained in all critical situations. Our team pays attention to detail and troubleshoots as a team for your customers safety and security.

 

We offer a "live" person who answers with your personalized company greeting. There is no automated attendant. Our Capabilities

Our new location in Cleveland, Ohio, offers nearly 8,000 square feet of space, including administrative, offices, central station monitoring, conference space for in-house vendor demonstrations or dealer training, and computer room.

 

We protect homes, businesses and apartment complexes nationwide, concentrating in the greater Midwest area.

  • Redundant standby power generators provide uninterrupted security for all critical circumstances. Powered by natural gas and regularly tested and audited to U.L. standards.
  • State-of-the-art software.
  • State-of-the-art hardware with full redundancy.
  • Telecommunications through fiber-optic phone lines, all T-1 high-speed carriers.
  • Operating room manages accounts capped at 50,000. Second central station planned when accounts grow beyond 50,000.
