Dealer Billing

Quick Response offers billing services for your subscribers, sales tax collections and remittance, and past due collection services. As a way to streamline payments, we are able to process automated credit card payments with VISA, Master Card and American Express.

 

We can process automatic checking account deductions for customers, which many dealers don't care to get involved with. If your customers' accounts become seriously past due (typically 90 days or more) we can offer additional collection services by a professional agency, up to and including legal action, for an additional charge.

 

The invoice appears with the dealer's name, so the invoice essentially goes to the customer from the dealer. We can itemize the way you prefer, to align with your own bookkeeping. Quick Response keeps you, the dealer, informed as to the status of your accounts receivables via reports sent to you regularly.

 

These services are provided at a rate of $1.50 per subscriber per month. When you consider the cost of generating and mailing an invoice alone, this is a very competitive rate. Plus, it improves your cash flow, accounts receivables, and collection efforts.

 

Quick Response can also submit your sales tax as it relates to your services, and remit it to the state.

 

Custom Dealer Financing

QuickLinc™ - Internet based Dealer Access. Internet connectivity allows dealers to view information and activity on their accounts in virtually real time, given a minor delay. Dealers can make changes to their subscribers, and subsequently manage their subscriber accounts. Requires Microsoft Explorer.

 

End User Literature

Quick Response has developed an excellent, practical guide that explains the specifics that a prospective customer must understand.
