Access Control
Since approximately 85 percent of alarm monitoring customers do not currently have electronic access control, HID VertX CS is the ideal product for alarm dealers to present to their customers for direct connection to your central station.
For existing customers... CS is a valuable add-on to any existing system, providing a security upgrade that's efficiently managed by Quick Response. Plug and play installation connects from one to 64 access control readers to VertX CS.
For new business... CS adds more value to your central station-based proposals with access control to potential customers, and more recurring revenue in business services for dealers.
Internet Monitoring
Quick Response offers affordable, high-security central station communications over the internet, called AlarmNet-i. This works for customers who use their cell phone exclusively, and who also have cable, modem or an alternate internet access. It's reasonably priced, similar to cellular service. Click here to visit AlarmNet-i's website.
Another way we provide secure internet monitoring communications is with DSC's T-Link system. T-Link integrates with our Sur-Gard System III alarm receiver. It provides flexibility and an "always-on", two-way line of communication. Click here to visit DSC's website.
Cellular (AlarmNet-C)
AlarmNet C operates over the control channel of the cellular telephone network. At the premises, the radio cellular transceiver is hardwired to the control panel. In the event of an alarm, the radio transmits a signal to the cellular network on its control channel. The actual transmission is accomplished using the same technology that enables any cellular phone to make calls from outside its local areas.
NAPCO NetLink
NetLink- provide primary and /or backup reporting of alarms over a TCIP/IP based network and/or telephone lines (telco). Operators can receive alarms, status and supervisory data via the internet and intranet.
Video Monitoring
OzVision is one of the leading, low-cost video monitoring products on the market today. Quick Response has begun to integrate OzVision directly into our automation system. OzVision allows the operator who receives the alarm signal (from the digital communicator) to receive and work the video traffic simultaneously on the same screen. That method of integration speeds up the overall processing of video alarms, while reducing the probability of mistakes related to separated video and digital alarm signals.
